finally made it to Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc… the Addendum that is. The fried chicken is delicious, but the brisket was surprisingly delicious and unexpected.
made the momofuku milk bar birthday cake. it had some rather obscure ingredients (glucose, citric acid). fortunately, despite me skipping all of those ingredients, the cake still turned out fantastic!
